GoRollick Affinity Lead Program
This program is applicable to U.S. E-Z-GO dealers only. A premium version is also available for E-Z-GO and Arctic Cat dealers in the U.S.
Program Overview
E-Z-GO has partnered with Rollick to provide its dealer network with an affinity lead program at no additional cost to dealers.
Rollick’s GoRollick affinity network connects dealers to more than 250 million nationwide members of well-known brands such as Sam’s Club, NADA Guides, and AAA, policy holders of insurance companies such as Progressive and AllState, and employees of 2000+ international companies such as Boeing, IBM, UPS, Amazon, Chase Bank and more.
GoRollick sends dealers incremental leads from its exclusive partnerships as well as provides tools to help convert and close those customers.
This program requires Enrollment. Most E-Z-GO dealers already enrolled when this program was rolled out in 2018. New dealers can enroll here.
E-Z-GO dealers already enrolled in the E-Z-GO Rollick lead management program are now also auto-enrolled into the entry-level version of the GoRollick Affinity Lead Program – at no cost to the dealer. You will receive these leads in your Rollick lead response tool, which is the same place you receive your E-Z-GO OEM leads. There is also the opportunity to upgrade to a premium version, which includes additional features including new/used inventory listings on the GoRollick Affinity sites , and is eligible for co-op, under the current published guidelines. Your only responsibility is to respond to and quote these GoRollick leads just like your OEM leads and see your sales grow! Please read the following FAQs for additional information.
The anticipated “go-live” date for this program is Sept 8th, 2020.
Customers shopping on the GoRollick Affinity sites will be able to search for E-Z-GO units available in their area and submit their information via a price request. Once the price request is submitted, the information (lead) will be delivered to you through the Rollick Management Console – which is the same system you use to respond to www.ezgo.com website leads.
The GoRollick affinity network connects E-Z-GO dealers to the nation’s largest and most trusted organizations, and their members. These affinity partners include AAA, Sam’s Club, NADA Guides, Progressive, All State, Active and Veteran Military, and over 2000 of the nation’s largest employers.
E-Z-GO dealers already enrolled in Rollick lead management program are auto-enrolled into the GoRollick Affinity Lead Program, at no cost to the dealer.
The base GoRollick lead program will send new “Showroom” leads. In order to list your new and used inventory on the GoRollick network, you can upgrade to Rollick’s premium solution. This solution is eligible for co-op under the current published guidelines
You access these leads through the Rollick Management Console (link), in the same manner you access leads from www.ezgo.com today.
Yes. Leads generated through the GoRollick Affinity Program are re-routed using the same rules as leads from www.ezgo.com This is to ensure our consumers to get the best possible experience while increasing, close ratios for our dealers.
Specific inventory unit leads are not subject to re-routing since the shopper submitted a lead for a specific unit.
Response time matters! Dealers that call, text, email, and present the member an up-front price referencing their original request affinity brand within the first 15- results in the highest conversion and close rates. The dealer sets vehicle pricing for their store at their sole discretion. Vehicle pricing must comply to MAP policy.
If using the Rollick lead response and quoting tool, the dealer can pre-load pricing logic. Plus, applicable E-Z-GO rebates and offers will be automatically applied for the dealer’s convenience. The dealer may also setup ancillary dealer offers for GoRollick leads such as 10% off service, parts, and accessories.
In addition, from time to time a limited time, post-purchase gift card offer may be advertised and administered by Rollick and E-Z-GO. The customer/buyer will need to submit their proof of purchase to Rollick to receive the gift card. The dealer is not responsible for paying for or administering the gift card. Any other offer provided by Rollick/E-Z-GO is also administered directly by Rollick (e.g. the VDR program for Rollick premium dealers). Rollick offers an insurance deductible waiver (up to $1,000) to GoRollick customers/shoppers that purchase via Premium Dealers. This is called the VDR program. If the customer reports their purchase to Rollick, they automatically get enrolled into the VDR program. The dealer is not responsible for paying for or administering the VDR program. E-Z-GO dealers get enrolled for no cost into the standard Rollick program. A dealer may upgrade to the Rollick Premium Dealer by contacting Rollick. The following table highlights Premium Dealer benefits (currently available only in the United States).

Note 2: Rollick funds an insurance deductible waiver (VDR) program for GoRollick shoppers buying from Premium Certified dealers
If a customer requests a unit that is not currently in-stock, the system still enables the dealer to work with the customer and send a quote on an alternative vehicle. Alternatively, dealers can offer to order a unit for the customer, explaining the lead time to get the unit.
As a result of E-Z-GO and Rollick’s investment in this program, there is no cost for the base GoRollick pilot lead program to the dealer.
Yes, after a customer submits a lead, a survey will be sent via email improve the experience and share with your dealership.
