New E-Z-GO Engage Product for E-Z-GO Dealers
E-Z-GO and Rollick are excited to bring you a new E-Z-GO Engage product for your dealership website. With 2 new CTA buttons anchored to your E-Z-GO listings, Start My Deal and Special Offers, shoppers can engage based on wehre they sit in the buying process.
Plus, all E-Z_GO purchase incentives will be loaded into the tool and any lead information already collected on our brand site will auto-populate to streamline the customer experience.
Rollick and your website provider will work together to embed E-Z-GO Engage into your search results and vehicle details pages. When activated, users can complete multiple activities that have proven to speed up the buying process and increase close rates. Leads will flow into your CRM and Rollick’s SalesDriver tool where all E-Z-GO website leads appear today.

The Rollick team will work with your inventory provider to place a snippet of code on your website which will allow us to render the E-Z-GO Engage widget on the SRP and VDP pages of your website for every E-Z-GO cart.
Two new call to action (CTA) buttons will be added to the E-Z-GO listings on your website, Start My Deal and Special Offers. The consumer can click on one of those CTA’s to open the tool and then engage based on where they are in the shopping funnel.
- Request a Quote:
Allows shoppers to quickly submit a request for a quote on the cart. - Reserve Now:
Allows shoppers to place a reservation request or reservation deposit for the cart they are interested in. This can be done with or without an online payment. If you integrate with Authorize.net, Chase Paymentech or Kenect, we can process the payment online through your payment gateway. If you do not utilize one of those three providers, we can send the reservation request to you, and you can handle payment directly with the consumer. - Estimate Trade-In:
Allows shoppers to provide trade-in information for their existing unit. You can then discuss trade-in value with the shopper. - View Offers:
Enables you and E-Z-GO to provide benefits to all shoppers or select membership groups (e.g., military, veterans, employee programs, etc.). - Schedule an Appointment:
Allows the shopper to submit a phone or in-store appointment request for two different dates and times. An email would be sent to you, and you can solidify the appointment with the shopper. - Explore Financing:
Allows the shopper to get pre-qualified or to apply for financing.- Get Pre-qualified – allows the shopper to get pre-qualified for financing through Sheffield. This is a soft pull and would not impact the shoppers credit score.
- Apply Now – allows the shopper that is ready to make their purchase, to submit an application for financing.
- Text Us:
Allows the shopper to begin an SMS dialogue with your dealership. This feature is only available to dealers who are integrated with Kenect.
E-Z-GO Engage leads will go to the Rollick Management Console where you can initiate a price quote. Leads will also be sent via text message if you are set up to receive them, and you will have the ability to respond on your mobile device.
At your request, the lead can be populated into your CRM (if supported) after the price quote is sent, this is done to allow for process consistency. If your CRM is not supported, you will still receive lead notifications via email and text and can respond to the lead using the Rollick lead management system.
The cost of the program is $199 less 75% co-op or $49.75/month.
